Defensive Driver Training Modules

SUVs, Trucks and Minivans

Defensive Parking Strategies

This module takes a more in depth look into parking lots, and defensive parking techniques. Participants will learn: why parking lots are so dangerous, how to safely navigate while in a parking lot and personal protection walking to and from your vehicle.

Avoiding Fail-to-Yield Collisions

This module is designed to help drivers recognize and avoid fail to yield collisions. Key learning includes: common failure to yield mistakes, when to yield the right of way and the three most important skills used to avoid these collisions.

This training content was created with the help of a specific group of professionals called Instructional Designers. These professionals specialize in adult learning theory and how to maximize the efficiency of training content.


What they told us is that not all adults learn the same. The three leading adult learning styles include: those who learn best through reading comprehension, those who relate to information strongly through statistical figures, numbers and graphs, and lastly individuals who learn best through a combination of audio and video.
